New service for sending files: SURFfilesender

Within TU Delft, SURFfilesender replaces WeTransfer as a service for sending large files.

With SURFfilesender you can send and receive very large files safely and AVG proof via your web browser, without installation or plug-ins. The files can be larger than when sending via WeTransfer, e-mail or FTP, up to 500 GB. SURFfilesender is also suitable for smaller files, such as (confidential) reports. SURFfilesender works exactly the same as WeTransfer. www.surffilesender.nl

SURFfilesender is offered by SURF and is free for students and emplyees of the TU Delft. You can also invite external parties to use SURFfilesender.

Get Started!

SURFfilesender is very easy to use:

Step 1: Surf to www.surffilesender.nl, click ‘Start transfer’ and log in using your institution details.

Step 2: Enter the recipient and select your file(s).

Step 3: Click ‘Send’.

And you’re done!
