Heb je net je diploma behaald? Gefeliciteerd!

In Mijn diploma’s kun je gratis een digitaal uittreksel van je behaalde diploma downloaden. Dit uittreksel is een officieel document en kun je gebruiken als bewijs van het oorspronkelijke diploma. Bijvoorbeeld bij de aanmelding voor een vervolgopleiding, bij sollicitaties en bij verlies of diefstal.

Inloggen op Mijn diploma’s
Je kunt je diplomagegevens bekijken door in te loggen op Mijn DUO. Hiervoor heb je een DigiD nodig. Als je bent ingelogd, kun je een uittreksel met je diplomagegevens downloaden. Dit uittreksel is een officieel document en geldig bewijsstuk van je behaalde resultaten. Het heeft een echtheidscertificaat, dat bewijst dat het document origineel is en door DUO is afgegeven. Gebruik het digitale uittreksel alleen digitaal, want printen maakt het document ongeldig.

Ga je verder studeren?
Onderwijsinstellingen kunnen de gegevens in Mijn diploma’s inzien. Zo kunnen ze direct bepalen of je de goede vooropleiding hebt voor je nieuwe opleiding. Vraagt de instelling toch om een bewijs dat je je diploma hebt behaald? Dan kun je een uittreksel van Mijn diploma’s mailen.

Starting from academic year 2022/2023, TU Delft will change the collection periods for tuition fees from 12 months to 9 months. If you choose to pay in instalments, you will pay 1/9th of the tuition fees each month from September to May. This means that the collection amount will be higher each month (September to May). In the months of June, July and August there will be no more direct debits.

Wijziging incassotermijnen collegegeld van 12 naar 9 maanden

Met ingang van studiejaar 2022/2023 past TU Delft de incassotermijnen voor betaling van het collegegeld aan van 12 maanden naar 9 maanden. Kies je voor incassobetaling in termijnen, dan betaal je in de maanden september t/m mei maandelijks 1/9e deel van het collegegeld. Dit betekent dat het incassobedrag per maand (september t/m mei) hoger wordt. In de maanden juni, juli en augustus zullen er geen incasso’s meer plaatsvinden.

Ben je bijna klaar met je studie? En ga je na de zomer verder studeren? Of ben je klaar met studeren en ga je werken of misschien wel op reis? Dan moet je sowieso wat zaken regelen bij DUO. Zorg ervoor dat je op tijd weet wat je allemaal moet doen!

Belangrijk om te weten!
Stop je met studeren? Dan moet je zelf je studiefinanciering stopzetten in Mijn DUO. Ook moet je altijd zelf je studentenreisproduct stopzetten om een ov-boete te voorkomen. Start je na de zomer met een nieuwe opleiding? Dan moet je in Mijn DUO je nieuwe opleiding doorgeven. Doe je dat op tijd? Dan lopen je maandelijkse betalingen door en blijft je studentenreisproduct geldig.

Have you completed the final part of your study? Please be aware that if you want to terminate your enrolment, you need to send a request through Studielink as it will not be done automatically. You still have to pay tuition fee over July and August. Enrolment termination with retroactive effect is not possible.

UTRECHT, 31 May 2022 – Despite a year of study plagued by corona, the general satisfaction among students about their study programme has remained stable compared to last year. This was shown by the National Student Survey (NSE) 2022 among more than 286,000 students. 71 percent of Dutch students in higher education say they are (very) satisfied with their chosen programme. Only 14 percent of students say they would not want to choose the same course again based on their experiences. However, not all students are equally satisfied with their programme. The students of the more general study programmes, such as economics and law, are less satisfied.

“It is remarkable that student satisfaction with their study programme has remained virtually the same as in 2021, despite the fact that many students are still sitting at home and the pressure that the pandemic continues to put on them,” says Ingrid Kolkhuis Tanke, Director of the Studychoice123 Foundation. “So, big compliments to everyone who has been involved and made it through this period of uncertainty. This applies to the field of education, but also to the students who have not always had it easy.”

Connection to professional practice
Although students spent part of the time at home this academic year, they are quite satisfied with the connection between the professional practice and the study programme. Two-thirds of Dutch students say they are (very) satisfied with the connection between their study programme and the professional practice. Despite the pandemic, students are satisfied with the skills they have acquired for professional practice (61 percent).

More than half of Dutch students also indicate that they are satisfied with the contact that was made with the professional practice (56 percent). However, eighteen percent are also (very) dissatisfied with the contact they have had with the professional practice. “It is important for students to get a realistic picture of their future field of work. When choosing a study programme, students consider the possibility of taking part in an internship. Kolkhuis Tanke sees the fact that almost a fifth of the students are not satisfied with this as a missed opportunity for the professional practice. Also, given the shortages on the labour market, establishing and maintaining good contacts with students is important for attracting new employees.”

Agriculture students most satisfied again
The survey also shows that study programmes that specialise in agriculture have the most satisfied students. This is true for both higher vocational education and scientific education. 83 percent of agriculture students are satisfied with their education. Whereas the national average satisfaction score for higher vocational education students is 3.65, it is 3.85 (out of 5) for higher vocational education students in the agricultural sector. For scientific education students, the average is 3.88 and within the agricultural study programmes, 4.11. These students were especially satisfied with the study guidance, the involvement and the contact with the study programme.

The survey shows that students in the study programmes Economics and Law are the least satisfied with their study programme. Almost seventy percent of these students are (very) satisfied. This is considerably lower than 83 percent of students in the agriculture study programme. Freek Rebel, institutional director of Aeres University of Applied Sciences, is pleased with the satisfaction scores of students following an agricultural programme. Rebel indicates that this satisfaction is mainly due to the fact that at the start of their study programme, students have a good idea of what their future work entails. Moreover, they are closely involved with the work field during their study through practical assignments, excursions and internships.

Ondanks onzekerheden blijft tevredenheid in hoger onderwijs stabiel

UTRECHT, 31 mei 2022 – Ondanks een door corona geteisterd studiejaar is de algemene tevredenheid onder studenten over hun opleiding ten opzichte van vorig jaar vrijwel gelijk gebleven. Dat blijkt uit de Nationale Studenten Enquête (NSE) 2022 onder meer dan 286.000 studenten. 71 procent van de Nederlandse studenten in het hoger onderwijs zegt (zeer) tevreden te zijn met de gekozen opleiding. Slechts veertien procent van de studenten zegt op basis van de ervaringen niet opnieuw dezelfde studiekeuze te willen maken. Toch zijn niet alle studenten even tevreden over hun opleiding. Zo zijn de studenten van de meer algemene opleidingen, zoals economie en recht minder tevreden.

“Het is bijzonder te noemen dat de tevredenheid onder studenten over hun opleiding nagenoeg gelijk is gebleven met 2021, ondanks het vele thuiszitten en de druk die de pandemie nog altijd met zich meebrengt”, stelt Ingrid Kolkhuis Tanke, directeur-bestuurder Stichting Studiekeuze123. “Grote complimenten dus voor iedereen die betrokken is geweest en op deze manier de onzekere periode is doorgekomen. Dit geldt voor het onderwijsveld, maar ook zeker voor de studenten die het niet altijd gemakkelijk hebben gehad.”

Aansluiting beroepspraktijk
Hoewel studenten ook dit studiejaar een deel van de tijd thuis hebben gezeten, is de tevredenheid over de aansluiting tussen beroepspraktijk en opleiding behoorlijk goed. Twee derde van de Nederlandse studenten geeft aan (zeer) tevreden te zijn over de aansluiting van hun opleiding op de beroepspraktijk. Studenten zijn ondanks de pandemie tevreden over de vaardigheden die zij hebben opgedaan voor de beroepspraktijk (61 procent).

Ook geeft meer dan de helft van de Nederlandse studenten aan dat ze tevreden zijn over het contact dat is gelegd met de beroepspraktijk (56 procent). Toch is ook achttien procent (zeer) ontevreden over het contact dat zij hebben gehad met de beroepspraktijk. “Het is belangrijk voor studenten om een realistisch beeld te krijgen van hun toekomstig werkveld. In de studiekeuze wordt het volgen van een stage meegenomen in de afwegingen. Dat bijna een vijfde van de studenten hier niet tevreden over is ziet Kolkhuis Tanke als een gemiste kans voor de beroepspraktijk. Ook gezien de tekorten op de arbeidsmarkt is het leggen en onderhouden van goede contacten met studenten belangrijk voor het aantrekken van nieuwe werknemers.”

Studenten landbouw wederom meest tevreden
Uit het onderzoek blijkt verder dat opleidingen die zich specialiseren in landbouw de meest tevreden studenten hebben. Dit geldt zowel voor de hbo-opleidingen als voor wo-opleidingen. 83 procent van de landbouwstudenten is tevreden over het onderwijs. Waar de tevredenheidscore voor hbo-studenten landelijk gemiddeld op 3,65 ligt, ligt dit voor hbo-studenten in de landbouwsector op 3,85 (van 5). Voor wo-studenten ligt het gemiddelde op 3,88 en binnen de landbouwopleidingen op 4,11. Deze studenten waren vooral tevreden over de Studiebegeleiding, de betrokkenheid en het contact met de opleiding.

Uit het onderzoek blijkt dat studenten van de opleidingen binnen de studierichting economie en recht het minst tevreden zijn over hun opleiding. Bijna zeventig procent van deze studenten is (zeer) tevreden. Tegenover 83 procent bij de landbouw-opleidingen ligt het een stuk lager. Freek Rebel, instellingsdirecteur van Aeres Hogeschool is verheugd met de tevredenheidsscores onder studenten die een landbouwopleiding volgen. Rebel geeft aan dat deze tevredenheid vooral komt doordat studenten bij de start van hun opleiding een goed beeld hebben van wat het toekomstige werk inhoudt. Bovendien zijn zij tijdens de opleiding nauw betrokken bij het werkveld via praktijkopdrachten, excursies en stages.

Please note that there are no waiting lists and last minute exam registration is not possible. Remember exam registration will start at the start of each quarter, namely 8 weeks before the exam day.

Dit kan tot 6 dagen voor de tentamendag. Zie onderstaand weekoverzicht met de deadline voor inschrijving.

Er zijn geen wachtlijsten en last-minute registratie is niet mogelijk. Om je voldoende tijd te geven wordt de tentamenregistratie aan het begin van elke periode geopend, namelijk 8 weken voor de tentamendag.
