Verkiezingen SR en FSR I: raadplegen gegevens kiesregister / SR en FSR elections I: consulting the electoral registers

De verkiezingen van de leden van de Studentenraad (SR) en de Facultaire Studentenraden (FSR) zullen dit jaar via het internet plaatsvinden op woensdag 21 mei 2014 vanaf 9:00 uur doorlopend tot en met donderdag 22 mei 2014 om 17:00 uur.

Inzage kiesregisters
Het kiesregister kunt u dit jaar vanaf 19 maart 2014 tot en met 26 maart 2014 elektronisch raadplegen. Hiervoor dient u in te loggen op https://stem.tudelft.nl met gebruikmaking van uw NetID (dezelfde als bij blackboard). Deze verkiezingensite zal operationeel zijn vanaf 19 maart a.s..

Op bovengenoemde verkiezingensite kunt u, indien nodig, informatie vinden over het activeren van uw NetID of het resetten van uw wachtwoord.

Mocht u problemen ondervinden bij het volgen van de vermelde procedures omdat uw e-mailadres niet correct is opgenomen in het systeem, dan kunt u contact opnemen met het Servicepunt van uw faculteit.

Wijzigingen in uw studie- of adresgegevens kunt u doorgeven in Studielink.

Het kiesregister ten behoeve van de verkiezing van de leden van de Studentenraad op instellingsniveau (SR) en de leden van de Studentenraden op facultair niveau (FSR) kan ook op papier ingezien worden en ligt vanaf 19 maart 2014 tot en met 26 maart 2014 ter inzage bij de Centrale Verkiezingscommissie, 5e etage Faculteit Civiele Techniek, Stevinweg 1, kamer 5.10.

Belanghebbenden kunnen binnen een week na de bekendmaking (tot en met uiterlijk 2 april 2014; 17:00 uur) bezwaar aantekenen bij het College van Bestuur, Stevinweg 1, 2628 CN te Delft.

This year the electing of members of the Student Council (SR) and Student Councils at faculty level (FSR) will be done on the Internet and is planned to take place between Wednesday 21th May 2014 from 9.00 a.m. and Thursday 22th May 2014 until 5.00 p.m.

Consulting the electoral registers
This year the electoral registers can be referred to electronically from 19th March 2014 until 26th March 2014. In order to access the site, log on to https://stem.tudelft.nl using your NetID (as you do for Blackboard). This election site will become operational on 19th March 2014.

You can, if necessary, obtain further information on how to activate your NetID or on how to reset your password from the above-mentioned site.

If you have problems following the stipulated procedures because your e-mail address has not been properly entered into the system then you can contact the Servicepunt of your Faculty.

Changes in your course registration or address details you can pass on in Studielink.

This year the electoral registers for the election of Student Council (SR) members at institute level and for the election of members of the Student Council at faculty level (FSR) will be printed out and may be consulted between 19th March 2014 and 26th March 2014 in the Central Election Committee’s office on the 5th floor of the Faculty Civil Engineering, Stevinweg 1, room 5.10.

Interested parties may lodge objections with the Board of Governors: Stevinweg 1, 2628 CN Delft, up until one week after the names have been made known (i.e. until 5.00 p.m. on 2nd April 2014 at the very latest).
