This is your chance to save the world

As you might have noticed as you cycled to the faculty and arrived with a sweaty shirt, we are currently experiencing the hottest September since they started measuring temperature. The consequences of climate change are becoming more visible. Time to act, don’t you think?

To stimulate sustainable and responsible ideas, the NWO (Dutch Organisation of Academic Research) launched a design competition for students, designers, entrepreneurs and researchers. The challenge is to come up with an idea or design for a product or service that solves (or contributes to solving) a societal issue.

A contribution should be presented in a short video, handed in before the 1st of November. Read more here.
