23 August: Auditorium canteen closed, reduced number of study places in the Library

The canteen in the Auditorium will be closed and there will be a reduced number of study places available in the Library because of the introduction programme for international students organised by TU Delft on 23 August 2013.

Introduction programme for international students
From 15 to 30 August 2013 TU Delft will be welcoming our new international students with an extensive introductory programme to assist them in finding their way around the campus and to make them feel at ease in Delft student life. Around 1200 students from almost every country in the world will participate. These activities will take place in the Library and the Auditorium on 23 August as well as other dates.

Auditorium canteen closed
On 23 August 2013 it will not be possible to have a meal in the Auditorium, as the canteen will be closed for both lunch and dinner. The closest canteens available for lunch on that day are in IO, CiTG and EWI. And of course you can also lunch in the Architecture Department, S&C and L&R. Evening meals will be available in S&C.

Reduced number of study places in the Library
From 08:00 to 24:00 hours only the Glass, Orange and Red Rooms will be available for study purposes, and a reduced number of PCs can be used in the hall. All the normal facilities such as book loans, copying room, Coffee Star etc will be available as usual.
Alternative study places will be provided for in S&C on 23 August.
