Take a break from studying, visit Impact! at the Library
Are you studying for your exams, and do you study on campus? Or are you one of the rare persons who have actually nothing to do in the following weeks? For both of you, we have a nice suggestion for a break, or an entertaining afternoon.
From the 14th of October till 16th of December, the TU Delft Library (where you are already anyway, right?) hosts an exhibition ‘The Impact!’. This exhibition shows the final work of a series of workshops initiated by Shannon Spruit and Zoë Robaey of the Philosophy of Technology group. In these workshops TU Delft students met with local artists and philosophers with the goal of producing a visual work reflecting ethical aspects of their future work and the role of technology in society. The exhibition evolves around art, experience and interaction and is meant to get the discussion going about the role of engineers in our society.
So, get your friends together and take a look at the artworks. Then you can get back to your work inspired. More information? Click here.
