Student housing on campus: update Stieltjesweg
Do you travel to the university by taking the road between Civil Engineering and Applied Physics (Stieltjesweg)? Do you work nearby the Stieltjesweg? Or, are you just curious to find our more about the new building on campus? Then this news is meant for you! The former Deltares building is being changed into student housing, which may cause some nuisance.
Piling works are necessary and due to the deliverance of goods, the road might be limitedly accessible for approximately 20 minutes per delivery. At the end of November, the piling works will be finished, then they will start with the foundation of the building. This will cause less trouble. When the building is finished in 2017 and will provide rooms for 665 students. Curious what the building will look like? You can find a movie here.
