How to reduce the risk of a disastrous start to your summer holiday

After a full year of hard work, you want to enjoy your holiday in peace. Crashes, floods, fires and disasters of all sorts need to be avoided at all cost. Start your holiday prepared! Learn more on how to do this in a brand new summer course on offer for you, called Risk Management.

Hacking

It’s the perfect way to immerse yourself in real-life organisational risks and the controls that can be implemented to reduce their related impact and likelihood. The course follows the globally popular world standard on Risk Management (ISO 31000). Complete the course to receive an internationally recognised certificate on top of the 3 ECTS the course is worth. A perfect addition to your resumé and your study programme. Two-for-one!

The course takes place at the Library in Delft and lasts for 2 weeks (4 till 15 July). In the first week, generic Risk Management principles will be discussed and multiple international guest speakers will teach on a range of relevant threats. The second week is meant for specialisation. There are four tracks to focus on: cyber security, supply chain security, risk assessment and business continuity. Costs for the course depend on your position in the university and the period you follow the course.
