National week without meat
From 6 to 12 March is “Nationale Week Zonder Vlees” (National Week Without Meat).
This week, all catering locations on campus will offer vegetarian options. Food trucks will also offer vegetarian dishes in addition to their regular assortment. In this way, we want to promote a flexitarian diet, alternating meat with vegetarian and plant-based alternatives. Eating no meat and fish for a day more often has a positive impact on people, animals and the environment.
