Survey public health service

The GGD (public health service) is curious to know how you are doing. Are you sometimes lonely? Do you experience stress? And how has the corona period affected your life? Your answers help us to get a good picture of the health and well-being of young adults in the Netherlands. In this way, together with municipalities and the national government, we can give it a boost!

Are you between 16 and 25 years old and do you live in the Netherlands? Then participate in our survey!

There are no right or wrong answers. It’s about your opinion and your experiences. If you prefer not to answer a question, you can skip it. The questionnaire takes about 10 to 15 minutes to complete.

If you complete the questionnaire, you will also have a chance to win great prizes. We will raffle off the prizes among all participants who have completed the questionnaire. For example an iPad or flyboarding for 2 persons.
