Deze launchpad is er om aspirant-ondernemers te helpen hun cleantech- en duurzaamheidsgerelateerde ideeën te laten uitgroeien tot zakelijk succes. En nog belangrijker, het doet dit 100% aandelenvrij.

We zijn op zoek naar mensen die aan het begin van hun ondernemerstraject staan. Het maakt niet uit of je je idee nog op de achterkant van een servet hebt staan, zolang je maar de ambitie hebt, ben je geschikt om deel te nemen!

The planning regarding the introduction of parking regulation on our campus has been adjusted. Currently, TU Delft parking locations are being fitted with barriers and corresponding systems. You can see the systems being put into place gradually at the various locations. However, the shortage of materials and personnel at the suppliers remains a challenge.

The date on which the barriers will become operational will be pushed back to the beginning of the next academic year. As such, we can be sure that all preliminary work has been fully completed and tested. Motorists will not experience any disruption during these activities.

Additional communication

Introducing paid parking by the municipality and subsequent work on site can sometimes cause confusion. Therefore, we are developing additional communication at these locations and will provide this update to the stewards on site.

Ingang parkeerregulering start collegejaar 2023/2024

De planning rondom de invoering van parkeerregulering op onze campus is aangepast. Momenteel worden de TU Delft parkeerlocaties voorzien van slagbomen en de bijbehorende systemen. Op de diverse locaties zie je de systemen stukje bij beetje verschijnen. Het tekort aan materialen en personeel bij de leveranciers blijft echter een uitdaging.

De datum waarop de slagbomen in werking treden wordt verschoven naar de start van het nieuwe collegejaar. Hiermee is het zeker dat alle voorbereidingswerkzaamheden volledig zijn afgerond en getest. Tijdens de werkzaamheden zullen automobilisten geen hinder ondervinden.

Aanvullende communicatie

Het invoeren van betaald parkeren door de gemeente en de werkzaamheden op de locaties zorgt soms voor verwarring. Daarom wordt aanvullend communicatie ontwikkeld op de locaties en de aanwezige stewards voorzien van deze update.

The Introduction Programme kick-starts the incoming Master, Exchange and Bridging students on their new adventure with an intense and exciting programme. The programme gives them the chance to get acquainted with the academic culture and the student life at TU Delft. As a coach, you will contribute to the on-campus parts of the IP Summer 2023, which will take place from 14 -18 August.

De nieuwste toevoeging aan de ‘Relax’-zone in de Library, de Mindfulnest, is een plek waar studenten een moment van rust kunnen vinden, weg van de stress van het dagelijkse leven. Studenten worden uitgenodigd om plaats te nemen, de lichten en geluiden aan te passen, een geleide meditatie te volgen, of gewoon te genieten van een rustig moment om met zichzelf in contact te komen.

On 8 March, the New Media Centre opened the new VideoBox in the Library. The Video box is a soundproof mini studio (max 2 persons) in which you can record educational and promotional videos. The Video Box is available for all TU Delft students, lecturers, researchers and staff for Free!

This facility is located in the TU Delft Library and is available between 9:00 -17:00 hrs during weekdays. If you are a first-time user, make sure you read the manual and watch the instruction video here. Keep in mind, for a first use of the studio, you might need additional time for experimentation with the equipment. Feel free to ask the Hosts in the Library for guidance.

Neem je eigen video’s op in de DIY VideoBox

Op 8 maart heeft het New Media Centre de nieuwe VideoBox in de Library geopend. De Videobox is een geluidsdichte ministudio (max 2 personen) waarin educatieve en promotionele video’s opgenomen kunnen worden. De Video Box is gratis beschikbaar voor alle studenten, docenten, onderzoekers en medewerkers van de TU Delft!

Deze faciliteit bevindt zich in de TU Delft Bibliotheek, naast de VR-Zone en is doordeweeks beschikbaar tussen 9:00 -17:00 uur. Gebruik je de VideoBox voor de eerste keer? Lees dan zeker de handleiding en bekijk hier de instructievideo. Houd er rekening mee dat je voor een eerste gebruik van de studio extra tijd nodig hebt om met de apparatuur te experimenteren. Vraag de host in de bibliotheek gerust om begeleiding.

Phishing messages can be difficult to recognize. Since 2022, simulated phishing emails are being sent periodically to all students. These are phishing messages partly based on real phishing attempts that have been blocked by our e-mail filters. Students who click on a link in such a simulated message, are informed how the phishing message could have been recognized and where it should have been reported. Especially the reporting part is very important. This allows us to identify potential dangers at an early stage and mitigate where possible. Therefore, the main goal of the phishing simulations is to grow the percentage of recipients who reported the message. Dangers come in different shapes and sizes, so future awareness campaigns will not only focus on phishing but show multiple risks. All this to contribute to increasing knowledge and awareness of information security and privacy.

Phishing-simulaties voor studenten

Phishingberichten kunnen soms lastig te herkennen zijn. Sinds 2022 stuurt TU Delft periodiek gesimuleerde phishing mails naar alle studenten, gebaseerd op echte phishing-pogingen die door de e-mailfilters werden geblokkeerd. Studenten die op de link in zo’n bericht klikken, krijgen informatie over hoe het phishing-bericht herkend had kunnen worden en waar het gemeld had moeten worden. Vooral dat melden is erg belangrijk. Dit stelt ons namelijk in staat om potentiële gevaren vroegtijdig te identificeren en actie te nemen. Het voornaamste doel van deze campagnes is dan ook om het percentage ontvangers dat het bericht heeft gemeld, te laten groeien. Het gevaar van buitenaf komt echter in verschillende vormen en maten, dus zal er bij toekomstige awareness campagnes niet alleen op phishing gefocust worden, maar ook op andere risico’s. Dit alles om de kennis en awareness op het gebied van informatiebeveiliging en privacy te vergroten.

As a bachelor student you will specialise in your own field or broaden your academic knowledge by following a minor programme in the first semester of your third bachelor year. TU Delft offers more than 40 thematic minors. You also have access to minors from Leiden and Rotterdam Universities, as well as the opportunity to set up your individually composed minor. The electing of members of the Central Student Council (SC) and the Faculty Student Councils (FSC) will take place online via the website https://stem.tudelft.nl on Wednesday 10 May from 8.00 a.m. up to and including Thursday 11 May 2023 until 5.00 p.m.

Consulting the electoral registers
Both the electoral registers for the FSC elections and the SC can be looked into from 6 March 2023 until 13 March 2023 until 5.00 p.m. online via website https://stem.tudelft.nl.

Interested parties may lodge objections with the Executive Board via JZ@tudelft.nl until one week after the names have been announced.

Submission of candidate lists SC and FSC
Candidate lists may be submitted to the Central Student Council (SC) and to the Faculty Student Council (FSC) from 6 March 2022 until 20 March 2023 5.00 p.m.

Attention:
Every student who is entitled to vote can nominate himself for the Central Student Council (SC) and Faculty Student Council (FSC). The nomination will take place as follows. To take part in the elections you have to hand in a candidate list to the (faculty) election committee. The candidate list must be supported: for the SC by at least 10 eligible voters and for the FSC by at least 5 eligible voters. Every candidate has to fill in a written declaration, in which he/she accepts his/her nomination on the candidate list.

The candidate proposition forms may be obtained as of 6 March 2023 from the relevant central / faculty election committee (see overview below). The deadline for the submission of the candidate list is 20 March 2023 5.00 p.m. To ensure that the checking and processing of the candidate lists goes smoothly the election committee requests that the lists of candidates be handed in preferably before the final date.

The candidate lists (together with the candidates’ declarations of consent) for the SC must be handed in to the Central Election Committee’s via: jz@tudelft.nl.

Verkiezingen SR en FSR

De verkiezingen van de leden van de Studentenraad (SR) en de Facultaire Studentenraden (FSR) vinden dit jaar online plaats via de website https://stem.tudelft.nl op woensdag 10 mei 2023 vanaf 8:00 uur doorlopend tot en met donderdag 11 mei 2023 17:00 uur.

Inzage kiesregisters
Het kiesregister kun je dit jaar vanaf 6 maart 2023 tot en met 13 maart 2023 uiterlijk 17.00 uur raadplegen via de website https://stem.tudelft.nl.

Belanghebbenden kunnen binnen een week na de bekendmaking bezwaar aantekenen bij het College van Bestuur via: jz@tudelft.nl.

Indienen kandidatenlijsten SR en FSR
Vanaf 6 maart 2023 tot en met 20 maart 2023 tot 17:00 uur bestaat de mogelijkheid voor het indienen van een kandidatenlijst voor de Centrale Studentenraad (SR) en de Facultaire Studentenraden (FSR).

LET OP:
Iedere kiesgerechtigde student kan zich kandidaat stellen voor de Centrale Studentenraad (SR) en de Facultaire Studentenraad (FSR). De kandidaatstelling gaat als volgt. Om deel te kunnen nemen aan de verkiezingen dient een kandidatenlijst met een of meer kandidaten ingediend te worden bij de (facultaire) verkiezingscommissie. Deze kandidatenlijst dient ondersteund te worden: voor de SR door ten minste 10 kiesgerechtigden en voor de FSR door ten minste 5 kiesgerechtigden. Tevens dient iedere kandidaat een bewilligingsverklaring in te vullen, waarop hij/zij zich formeel kandidaat stelt voor de betreffende kandidatenlijst.

De kandidaatstellingsformulieren kan men vanaf 6 maart 2023 opvragen bij de betreffende centrale / facultaire verkiezingscommissie (zie onderstaand overzicht). De deadline voor het indienen van de kandidatenlijsten is 20 maart 2023 om 17:00 uur. Om de controle en de verwerking van de kandidatenlijsten soepel te laten verlopen verzoekt de verkiezingscommissie de kandidatenlijsten eerder in te leveren.

De kandidatenlijsten (+ bewilligingsverklaringen van de kandidaten) voor de SR moeten digitaal worden ingeleverd bij de Centrale Verkiezingscommissie via: jz@tudelft.nl.

De kandidatenlijsten (+ bewilligingsverklaringen van de kandidaten) voor de FSR moeten worden ingeleverd bij de betreffende facultaire verkiezingscommissie via een van de onderstaande e-mailadressen. Aan degenen die de lijsten indienen wordt een gedagtekend bewijs van ontvangst verstrekt.
